Project by Enigma Builders: Full Renovation of a Two-Family Home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts

We’re excited to share one of our latest projects — a complete transformation of a two-family home located in beautiful Cape Cod, MA.

Project Highlights:

1. Demolition: We began by stripping the structure down to its concrete foundation, removing the existing framing entirely.
2. Framing & Expansion: A brand-new frame was constructed, increasing both the square footage and number of stories. We also added balconies and spacious decks to enhance outdoor living.
3. Insulation: The exterior walls and roof were fully insulated to meet modern energy efficiency standards.
4. Windows & Doors: High-performance windows and doors were installed throughout the home.
5. Roofing: We’re currently finishing the installation of the new asphalt shingle roofing.
6. Siding: Next, we’ll begin work on the exterior siding to complete the building envelope.
